The Jewel Box is a triangle framed in by 41st Avenue, Capitola Road and Opal Cliffs, which runs along the ocean. By and large, the homes in these quiet neighborhoods tend to be more modest on smaller lots.

However, that's not to say that homes are inexpensive in the Jewel Box. Homes can easily exceed the $1 Million mark. Many have been refurbished or otherwise renovated over the past 5 to 7 years, while some newer builds sit on double-sized lots.

The Jewel Box is walking distance or a short bike ride to just about anything in Capitola including the world-famous Shadowbrook restaurant, the Village, and the convenient shopping available on 41st Avenue and the Capitola Mall.
